I’m very happy with my experience! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and looked just as lovely as they were described and pictured on the website. My order was delivered promptly on the day I requested, and everything went perfectly from start to finish. Most importantly, my friend was delighted with the flowers and so happy to receive such a beautiful surprise. ?❤️ I would definitely order from here again and highly recommend them!???☺️ ---- Florist's Response: Thank you so much for your wonderful review - we're thrilled the arrangement matched the photos and that delivery went smoothly. It made our day to hear your friend loved the surprise. We appreciate your recommendation and look forward to creating more special moments for you.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
