There was a mix up with the address of the flowers I was sending out and Ara the owner was nice enough to go to the store after hours and personally deliver the flowers to my recipient. Not only were they a beautiful bouquet, they were even nicer than the original one I had chosen and at an even higher price. Top service and dedicated to make his customers happy. Thank you Ara.
