My first time ordering from Flowers of the field. I like to look at reviews & this place had 4.8 rating (Higher than other) I must say I agree. The service was excellent. I give this place a 10 rating. I had received a miss call from Ara, hospital did not want to accept flowers.I was going back and forth with hospital, I did not use the recipients legal name, even thou I gave the room # and last name was correct. Receptionist refused to help. So once I got it confirmed, I reached out to Ara and informed him everything is taken care of. Ara, went above and beyond and made another attempt to deliver. It was successful. The person receiving the flowers called to say the arrangement was beautiful and roses were fully blossomed and healthy, color was amazing. So again, Ara, thank you so much for your kindness, understanding, and effort you have made on this special day.
